We encourage you to come to your first appointment with a written list of questions to ensure you don’t forget to ask them when you are seeing the doctor.
You can call the office during our working hours or submit an appointment request form through this website.
Please refer to the insurance page to see if Dr. Danoff accepts your insurance. Prior to scheduling an appointment or surgery, its best to contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits. Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance coverage.
For your first appointment, you will need to bring
- a referral letter (if necessary)
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
- Please bring completed copies of you Patient Form
Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your medical records. We will not release the contents of your medical file without your consent.
Please call the office during regular business hours at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
The post-operative recovery period varies based on the surgery. Your surgeon will give you specific instructions to follow for a successful recovery.
